Mezclajete® Carne Asada Marinade

Here is an easy marinade to whip up for the weekend. And if you don’t have hours to marinate your meat, you can slice it to save time.
 ½ cup Orange Juice
 ¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice
 3 tbs. Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante
 1 tbs. fresh minced Garlic
 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
 ¼ of a Red Onion, sliced
 1 to 1 ½ lbs London Broil

Mix juices, Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante, minced garlic and garlic salt. Pour it into a zip top bag and add sliced red onion and London broil meat. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible and place in refrigerator overnight (8 hours) or up to 24hrs, making sure that the marinade covers the meat. Grill the meat to desired doneness. Serves 4

Quick Marinating:
If you don’t have time to marinate your meat overnight, slice the meat into ¼ inch slices and marinate for 45 minutes, turning bag every 15 minutes. Cook on grill or in non-stick pan to desired doneness.
