Mezclajeté® Poolside Sipper

This tropical cocktail of Tequila, Pineapple and Orange juice accented with the sweet, spicy flavor of Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante creates a light and refreshing drink that you can sip poolside, or serve at your next beach themed brunch. (This drink is a variation on the "Paid Vacation Days" cocktail created by Cody Goldstein for the Horny Ram in NYC)
 1½ oz Tequila
 1½ oz Pineapple Juice
 ¾ oz Orange Juice
 ½ oz Frangelico® (or other hazelnut liquers)
 ¼ tsp Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante (if you want a little more spice, increase to ½ tsp)
 2 oz Orange Sparkling Mineral Water, unsweetened (like Crystal Geyser®)
 Pineapple Wedge - Garnish
 ½ Orange Slice - Garnish
 Maraschino Cherries - Garnish

Combine Tequila, Frangelico®, pineapple juice, orange juice, and Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante into a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker half full of ice and shake for 5 seconds. Pour into a ice-filled glass. Top cocktail with orange sparkling mineral water. Garnish with Pineapple wedge, cherry and orange slice.
